lol sha, it isnt a real thing i gaurentee u. its more likely a joke that was photoshopped by one of the ppl that worked in the company (remember on one of the loading screens when it said "comming out in 2008: accordian hero"?) or some highschool kid that was bored.

if u scroll down about half way u can easily see that the "controller" is photoshopped. Notice the "valve" in the mans hand is off set so that he isnt holding it. and for that matter there is a shadow in the bell of the instronment despite the fact that theyre in a "fully" lit room.
